Paper installations by Luise Valdes

Cardboard, tape and paint. Chilean artist Luise Valdes is a master with these tools! From re-building his own apartment (including electricity!), a crashed airplane, a crashed car to a whole market stall full of fruit (which was actually for sale).
A4 Paper Cut by Peter Callesen
From his studio in Copenhagen Danish paper artist Peter Callesen (1967) works on installations, objects and paper cuts from white paper. Most of his work is based on the well known A4 size -this is a deliberate choice- which is probably the most common and consumed media used for carrying information today. By leaving out the information and giving a new meaning to regular pieces of paper, everyone can relate to the material. There is often a tragic, romantic and/or fragile element in his designs.

Designer Keith Allen from Cleveland, Ohio has made these awesome paper models of Bert and Ernie.

Paper & Love Typeface
Chris Berthe is a French designer living in Canada. He developed the Paper & Love typeface as a flat font, it is based on an octagonal grid with origami folds. In the digital version the origami concept can be seen in the semi transparency and the shapes of the letters.
