Audrey Hepburn expo
Client: School
Project: Graduation
When I graduated art academy, there were three assignments to be made.. One was an assignment that was the same for the whole class, second was to write a paper and the last one was for yourself to decide… I decided I wanted to make an exposition. I was extremely lucky, because the year I graduated Jan van Toorn and Els Kuijpers were teaching at my school and I could join their class, which happened to be about exposition design!
I decided to do the exhibition about Audrey Hepburn, I love her and it seemed like it could be interesting to try and explain her story to other people. In my blog (link) I have an explanation of how I built the exhibition.
The poster that announced the expo:

This is the scheme I made, it formed the basis of the expo. A is most important, then B.

This was the original maquette I made for my graduation:

This is a zoomed shot of the ball in the middle, the most important part of he exhibit:

This is the third version of the maquette, this one is smaller and easier in transport:

The dresses:

The Unicef wall:

I also made a cover for the maquette, so it will stay in one piece while traveling. My cats love it too!
